Data protection declaration of consent in accordance with GDPR for print products
The client of the signed order for the creation of a print product by Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH declares that he agrees that his personal data may be used to fulfill the signed order.
The client is aware and agrees that the personal data required to process the order will be stored on data carriers by Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH. The client expressly consents to the collection, processing and use of his personal data. The stored personal data will be treated confidentially by Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH. Only those employees of the Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH who are authorized to process the data have access to this data. The collection, processing and use of the client's personal data takes place in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and the data protection declaration of Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH.
Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR. In addition, in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the client has the right to have the relevant data deleted immediately or, alternatively, to request a restriction on the processing of the data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. The Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH will then no longer process the client's personal data or will delete it immediately.
Exemption clause for the use of images, photographs, films, logos, symbols and other representations
The client assures that he is entitled to make the image material available for the purpose of executing this contract. The client ensures that copyrights, trademark rights and / or other industrial property rights of third parties exist on the base material - he is in possession of the licenses required for the execution of this contract and that he is entitled to use images, photographs, films, logos, symbols and to digitize and use other representations, designs and information and / or to grant these powers to the Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH to execute this contract.
If a third party asserts against Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH that the use of the base material violates trademarks, copyrights or other commercial property rights of third parties, Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH will immediately inform the client in writing. The client is obliged to exempt Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH from any liability towards third parties for such a violation of the law, to support Flusslandschaft Elbe GmbH in legal defense and to accept any amounts of damages plus the costs of appropriate legal defense upon simple request.
